Employees furnished housing will be required to place a $300 cleaning deposit on housing. The deposit will be returned in the final paycheck if the housing is left clean with no damage.
We ask that before applying you understand that we are a small wilderness operation. Job descriptions be what they may, we ask all employees to be willing to jump in and fill in where and when needed. We take pride in our work to ensure the highest quality service for our guests. Providing our guests with a quality experience is our highest priority. Employees must be willing to have a flexible work schedule based around guest needs and this may include split shifts and off days that change with our guest needs.
An energetic and dedicated attitude toward guests and fellow employees is essential. Our people are the most important part of our organization. Living and working at a wilderness lodge is really like joining a family. We have a great crew and it is a must that we all work together as a team. Although jobs are listed as seasonal, there is potential for year round employment for the right people. All housing and facilities are smoke free.
